Five benefits of being a Music Academy student

1. Drum, guitar, piano, and voice lessons with all styles taught.

Are you interested in learning classical piano?  What about hymns or contemporary Christian?  What about basic patterns on a complete drum set?  Would you like to improve your voice quality in a variety of styles?  Or, learn some new chords on the guitar?  Whatever your interest, Boerne music academy can help you achieve your musical goals.  We are the only music academy in Boerne with guitar, drums, voice, guitar, and string lessons.

2. Two convenient locations

Music lessons take place in two locations. All piano lessons with T.J. Bazzoon take place at St. John Lutheran Church, 315 East Rosewood. This facility houses a 6 foot Yamaha grand as well as a smaller keyboard. Other lessons (guitar, drum, strings, voice, and piano lessons with instructors other than T.J.) take place at 1109 South Main. This location contains a full size drum kit, guitars, and a full size Yahama digital keyboard.

3. Great Instructors

Worried about not getting a qualified teacher? Don’t worry- our instructors are excellent. The violin teacher is a former school teacher with NISD and has a Master’s degree. Our lead piano teacher holds a Master’s in Organ from the University of Texas at Austing. Voice and introductory piano lessons are taught by a young man who plans to get a PHD and teach at the university level. Finally, our guitar and drums instructor is a sought after band and session player throughout San Antonio.

4. Easy payment system

Parents and students don’t like to have to constantly figure out how much to pay at the beginning of the month. At Boerne Music Academy, payment is simple. An automatic draft system through Paypal deducts the monthly amount from your credit or debit card. It is easy, convenient, and secure. Whenever you decide to stop lessons, we can cancel the payments and electronically send you a refund.

5. Professionally produced recitals

When students are ready, they may participate in a recital (although this is not required). All recital performances are videotaped in HD, placed on a private youtube channel, and then a link is sent to the parents. Only recipients of the link can see the video. However, if you wish to share your child’s performance then you can post a link to your facebook, twitter, etc.
